This firm was listed in Lambert Street after 1817 as a manufacturer of pen and pocket knives, sportsman’s knives and razors. The partners were John Webster, Daniel Bridges Robinson (1790-?), and Joseph Sutton (1788-1851) – all ‘manufacturers’ in Redhill. Sutton had been born in Hooton Roberts, near Rotherham.
