Joshua Fox / William Fox
This razor maker can be traced to Joshua Fox, who was granted his Freedom in 1723, after apprenticeship to his father, William. Leader’s Reminiscences of Old Sheffield (1876) has details of the family, which may be related to the other Foxes of Westbar (see Fox & Norris).
