Henry Burkinshaw
This cutler was born in Ecclesfield in about 1816. He was enumerated in the Census (1841) in Fitzwilliam Street, living with his wife Elizabeth, but no occupation was noted. In the 1850s, he lived in Orchard Lane and was listed in directories as a table knife manufacturer. In the 1860s and early 1870s, his works address was St Stephen’s Road.
