George H. Hulley (c.1837-1909) was born in Shiregreen, the son of Thomas Hulley, a fork maker, and his wife, Sarah. George, too, worked as a fork maker until in 1887 he registered a silver mark from Central Spoon & Fork Works, Cambridge Street. He registered further silver marks from that address in 1892 and 1899.
