Henry Hunter & Sons
Henry Hunter (1816-1875) was born in Sheffield. His early life is unknown, but he made table knives – the same speciality as Alfred Hunter and Michael Hunter – though no evidence has been found that he was related. Hunter’s wife was Ann (1809-1891) – presumably Miss Ann Radford, who married Henry Hunter, ‘cutler’, at Sheffield parish church in 1836 (Sheffield Independent, 9 April 1836).
