We believe that this knife may have been made by one of the successors of Ebenezer Parker & Sons. His name and brand was initially acquired by Atkinson Brothers in the 1880s and they eventually passed to Hiram Wild Ltd (which owned trademarks from a number of Sheffield companies).
The knife appears to be from the 1950s-1960s.
