This razor manufacturer first appeared in a directory in 1816 at 23 Pea Croft. It was only listed for a couple of years (until 1818) and then disappeared from directories. It was dissolved in 1824, when the partners were identified as George Addy, John Addy, and James Cocker. The latter traded at Meadow Street as a razor manufacturer in 1821. It is tempting to link this firm with George Addy & Son (qv), since they operated from almost the same Pea Croft addresses. But the identification remains somewhat uncertain.
